Construct a new dynamic array of unsigned shorts. The array is initialised to all zeros.

Parameters:

initialSize

Initial number of elements in the array.

	)

Construct a new dynamic array of unsigned shorts.

Parameters:

buffer	Pointer to an array of WORDs.
